What to tell me

The more you put in the first message, the faster you get a real number instead of a callback asking questions.

• The address, or at least the town
• What needs doing, in plain words
• Photos, if you can take them
• Whether it is urgent or can wait
• If you are a landlord or manager, whether the unit is occupied

What happens next

I will tell you on that first call whether it is something I do. If it is, we set a time for me to come look, and you get a written price before any work starts.

If it is not something I do

I will say so, and where I can I will point you at somebody who does. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC past fixture-level work, structural work and full roof replacement all go to licensed specialists.
